Every month I receive the monthly newsletter from the daycare and every month there is a write-up on the previous month for each class. They talk about each child and mention something new they might be doing or a characteristic of the child, or a favourite activity. You get the point. I opened it up today and spit out my water when I read the part about little c: "Cohen is our “official climber.” He loves to climb on the table when he thinks that nobody is looking then hurry and get down before he gets caught." I'm laughing as I type this because it's so true. He thinks he's being so sneaky and when you catch him, he scurries as fast as he can and runs away and starts playing with something else, as if he was NEVER on the table.
I see this leading to many more things he "wasn't" doing.
"Not" drawing on Mommy's work that she brought home. This time he wasn't fast enough to scurry away.
